This project involved renovating a residence located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building. The interiors of the existing house had a very cluttered arrangement of partition which not only hampered the air circulation but also limited the amount of light entering the space. By breaking walls, enclosing a balcony with floor to ceiling windows, the light and ventilation drastically improved. The existing dark terracotta and wooden material palate of the floor and furniture was replaced with white and off-white shades. A combination of track and strip lighting created a multitude of lighting possibilities.
